Enjoying Lake Tahoe in the Winter When You Don’t Ski

When You Don’t Ski

Every year I make a trip with friends to Lake Tahoe in the winter, and every year I don’t really know what to do. I don’t ski or snowboard, and the idea of spending a lot of money for a day of falling down a hill, knowing I won’t use what I learned for a year, just doesn’t seem worth it.

Normally, I just end up in our cabin reading books and relaxing. I love this but decided I want to get to know the Tahoe area and actually enjoy the beautiful environment off the couch.

So this year I headed up ahead of the friends and took in more of what the area has to offer. Starting with a relaxing night on the lake at Aston Lakeland Village. Finding along the way, delicious food, breathtaking views, and snow activity I actually like.

1. EXPLORING HEAVENLY VILLAGE

2. EAT DELICIOUS LOCAL CUISINE

3. WALK ON THE LAKE

4. SNOWSHOEING WITH A VIEW

5. DRIVE AROUND THE LAKE

6. RELAX & ENJOY
