Patience Lewis is a Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Tahoe City Downtown office.  In her position, Patience focuses on residential sales as well as new construction and land capability on the West and North Shores of Lake Tahoe, and also Truckee, Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley, North Star and Tahoe Donnor, among other local communities. 

A third generation Realtor, Patience earned her real estate license in 1991, following a successful and prominent career in escrow coordination and property management.  The granddaughter of a successful Southern-California based Realtor and the daughter of a real estate broker-owner and noted Lake Tahoe real estate specialist, Patience was truly raised in a real estate family—immersed in the knowledge, language and skill of her family who enjoy several decades of experience in the business.  Patience, who modestly notes that “real estate is in my blood,” used the foundation of knowledge and understanding from this background and her own passion, tenacity and focus to create a successful real estate practice of her own.

Today, Patience is one of the most influential Realtors along the West and North Shores of Lake Tahoe.  Among her impressive list of accolades, Patience earned Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s coveted Realtor of the Year honor in 2006 and was honored among the company’s International Diamond Society in 2007 and 2008, a prestigious achievement honoring the company’s top Agents for leading sales production.
